Stratacare Australia is seeking a confident, motivated Portfolio Assistant to join our Southport team on the Gold Coast. You will support a Body Corporate Manager in coordinating and day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of schemes, learning and growing within the strata industry.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute meeting notices for AGMs, committee meetings, and voting outside committee meetings.
• Review and process committee nominations and owners’ motions.
• Assist with meeting packs, reports, and minute taking.
• Manage follow-up actions from meetings.
• Maintain accurate body corporate records and document portals.
• Prepare Administration Agreements for signing.
• Respond to general enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide friendly, professional support to clients and stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on knowledge of body corporate and community management legislation.
• Support the Body Corporate Manager and team in delivering outstanding service.
