Team Body Corporate invites you to join as a Body Corporate manager within a supportive, people‑first culture. You will start with a small designated portfolio and grow your responsibilities under an experienced mentor, advancing through structured training and internal career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata administration, real estate, or property management.

• Strong written skills to draft clear, professional correspondence.
• Resilient, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio with guidance from an experienced Strata Manager (Mentor).
• Liaise with Owners, Committees and trades.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management.
• Facilitate AGMs, committee meetings and correspondence.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and strata documentation.
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation and regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service standards.
• Learn all aspects of strata operations with full training provided.

The Role Working closely with an experienced Strata Manager, you’ll manage a small, designated portfolio of key buildings to start with, while developing your career in strata.

• Managing your own portfolio management, with an experienced Strata Manager (Mentor)
