Stratacare Australia Pty Ltd in Southport is seeking a confident Portfolio Assistant to support a Body Corporate Manager with day-to-day portfolio management. You will learn and grow within the strata industry, with mentoring and clear progression opportunities.

The role offers a 60k–70k AUD annual range, ongoing training, and a collaborative team culture focused on integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proactive with initiative and strong time management.
• Highly organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident phone manner and professional client support.
• Willingness to learn and grow in strata administration.
• Background in admin or related fields is welcome.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute meeting notices for AGMs and committee meetings.
• Review nominations and owners' motions, process packs and minutes.
• Assist with meeting packs, reports and minute taking.
• Manage follow-up actions and maintain body corporate records.
• Prepare Administration Agreements for signing and respond to inquiries.
• Provide friendly professional support to clients and stakeholders.
• Gain knowledge of Body Corporate legislation and support the manager.
