Job summary

Gough Recruitment on behalf of a leading Body Corporate client on the Gold Coast is seeking a Body Corporate Manager to join their team. The role offers remote work with one day every two weeks in the office and a focus on quality schemes.

You will manage larger, more complex portfolios, stay compliant with industry legislation, and benefit from a supportive leadership team and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Body Corporate Manager or Strata Manager.
• Experience managing larger and more complex schemes.
• Strong understanding of the Body Corporate industry and legislation.
