Uniting Nambucca Heads is seeking a dedicated Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care in our aged care facility. You will support residents to maintain independence and quality of life within a safe, nurturing environment.
This permanent part-time position operates on a rotating roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts with Monday–Friday availability and potential weekend shifts upon discussion.
Uniting Pacifica Nambucca Heads is set across four storeys, each with resident bedrooms and communal spaces, including lounges, dining rooms, and kitchenettes. On the ground floor, there’s a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia. Our Leisure and Wellness Team ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
