Job summary

HenderCare is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Service Delivery and Rostering team in Adelaide, SA. This fixed-term, part-time role involves a rotating roster across weekdays and weekends, combining customer service, service coordination and rostering to connect clients with the right support workers.

You will help ensure services are delivered reliably and in line with individual care needs, contributing to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Prior rostering and scheduling experience or work in community care, disability, aged care or healthcare is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client support services in line with care plans.
• Fill roster vacancies and respond to scheduling changes.
• Match clients with suitable support workers based on needs, skills and availability.
• Maintain accurate client, service and roster information.
• Assist with client intake, appointments and documentation.
• Respond to client and support worker enquiries promptly.
