• Working closely with teams across Suncare to ensure support aligns with care plans and service agreements.
• Monitoring schedules and service delivery to identify improvements and maintain quality.
• Keeping workforce information accurate and up to date.
• Coordinating staffing during emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Delivering helpful, friendly support whenever a customer gets in touch.
