Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a proactive Rostering Coordinator to join our Maroochydore team. You will coordinate rosters, allocate staff, and support resident care needs in a 130-bed aged care community within a vibrant local setting.

You will work with CMS scheduling tools, manage vacancies and leave in collaboration with operations, and deliver reliable, high-quality service while building strong team relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous rostering, scheduling or workforce planning experience in aged care or healthcare.
• Experience using scheduling and client management systems (CMS).
• Ability to proactively manage roster vacancies and coordinate shift replacements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce rosters and staffing allocations to support resident care requirements.
• Manage leave requests in partnership with operational leaders.
• Ensure occupancy and operational needs are met through effective scheduling.
