Job summary

Respect Group in Australia is seeking a Scheduling Officer – Home Care to coordinate OT and Clinician visits from Warrnambool or Launceston offices. This full-time role focuses on rostering, client needs and timely service delivery.

You will excel at logistics, maintain rosters, and work with Care Partners and the Scheduling team, adhering to Aged Care Quality Standards and enterprise agreements. Strong communication, time management and proficiency with Microsoft tools are essential, with a

Proven experience in logistics and scheduling of appointments.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ICT systems.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for rostering enquiries and coordinate requests accurately.
Maintain and update rosters and staff availability, with attention to client preferences and leave.
Optimize workforce utilisation and ensure staffing aligns with Enterprise Agreements and awards.
Handle high-volume, fast-paced scheduling tasks with accuracy and deadlines.
Publish rosters at least two weeks in advance and align scheduling with payroll timeframes.
Track non-billable hours and establish new client schedules within service levels.
Deliver professional communication with clients, families, staff and stakeholders.
Maintain records and adhere to Aged Care standards and incident reporting.
