Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in Pendle Hill, NSW, is seeking a CareManager to lead our care team, uphold resident choice, dignity and meaningful connections while ensuring compliance with aged care standards and driving clinical quality improvements.

You will coach and develop staff, oversee on‑shift clinical care, collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeing and outcomes, and work closely with the facility manager to deliver resident‑centred care.

Qualifications

• Aged care standards knowledge and compliance.
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership with coaching staff.
• Strong communication and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Criminal history check current or willingness to apply for a new one.

Responsibilities

The Essentials

As a Registered Nursewith AHPRA registration, you will have;

• Experiencein aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
• Compassionate,hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinicalexcellence,
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Acurrent Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
