Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in Pendle Hill, NSW is seeking a Care Manager to lead and manage our team to deliver care that promotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensure compliance with aged care standards, oversee clinical quality improvements, and support professional development.

This permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week) offers salary packaging and birthday leave, and works closely with the facility manager to drive resident wellbeing and clinical

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and aged care experience.
• Proven clinical and people leadership skills to coach staff.
• Compassionate, hands-on leader focused on resident wellbeing.
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities in a calm manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain.

Your Contribution

The Essentials

As a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration, you will have;

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
• Compassionate, hands‑on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence,
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
