Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities in NSW seeks a Care Manager to lead our team and deliver resident-centred care that respects dignity and meaningful connections.

As an RN with AHPRA, you will oversee clinical quality, ensure compliance with aged care standards, mentor staff, coordinate with families and healthcare professionals, and work closely with the facility manager to sustain a safe, supportive home.

• Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality standards.

Care Manager

As a CareManager, you will lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional care thatpromotes resident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensurecompliance with aged care standards, oversee clinical quality improvements, andsupport the professional development of your team.

Your Contribution

The Essentials

As a Registered Nursewith AHPRA registration, you will have;

• Experience in aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
• Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
• Compassionate, hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinical excellence,
• Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• A current Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
