Job summary

Join Bupa as a Business Administrator (Customer Services Consultant) in our Melbourne aged care home. You will guide residents and families through the enquiry-to-arrivals journey with a warm, confident, and informative approach while supporting admissions, payroll processes and rosters behind the scenes.

You will work closely with the CSC team, General Manager and Centralised Admissions to maintain compliance, coordinate schedules, and provide professional front‑of‑house support that keeps the

Qualifications

• Experience delivering warm, informative customer service in a care or hospitality setting.
• Ability to coordinate admissions, roster and payroll tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident placement journey from enquiry to arrival, including tours and admissions.
• Manage documentation and agreements for new residents to ensure a smooth transition.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee records to sustain staffing needs.
• Coordinate rosters in line with agreements and budget guidelines.
• Process payroll queries and maintain accurate financial and admin records.
• Provide front‑of‑house support and excellent customer service to residents, families and staff.
• Contribute to reporting, document management and general office tasks.
