Northern Health is seeking an Ongoing Part Time Cardiology Outpatient Administration Officer to join the Cardiology Outpatient Services team. You will coordinate clinic schedules, monitor waitlists, manage patient enquiries and correspondence, and support efficient outpatient operations with a patient-centred approach and strong attention to detail.

Working across our six campuses, you will ensure clinics are fully booked, handle referral pathways and provide robust administrative support while

Mansioni

• Coordinate clinic schedules, clinician leave, and appointments.
• Ensure clinics are fully booked and manage overbooking or template changes.
• Escalate clinical queries and booking issues to clinicians.
• Manage patient correspondence, enquiries, and mailbox.
• Monitor and report waitlists, referrals, and KPIs.
• Support efficient outpatient service operations and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform general admin duties and provide team support as required.
