Formación

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare administration.
• Willing to develop cardiac testing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming patients and handling first contact in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, enquiries and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate patient appointments and cardiac investigations.
• Process referrals and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Assist with billing, payments and other admin tasks.
