Jayco Nowra is seeking a Service Advisor/Customer Relations team member with a background in caravans, automotive, or a related field who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling bookings for servicing, acting as a liaison between customers and the workshop, ordering parts, processing invoices and warranty claims, and ensuring timely invoicing. A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in the Caravan, Automotive, or a similar industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of caravans.
• Strong administration and customer-handling skills.
• Friendly, personable nature with well-developed phone and in-person communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer bookings for caravan servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop manager to ensure service requirements are met.
• Order parts in a timely manner to fulfill service bookings.
• Process service invoices and warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure all service invoicing is completed on the day of pickup and warranty claims are processed within four working days of job completion.
• Work closely with the workshop manager to keep invoicing up to date.
• Manage phone and email inquiries regarding invoicing and resolve queries efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
