Job summary

Jayco Melbourne in Hallam is seeking a hands-on Service and Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our workshop and ensure every caravan is prepared to the highest standard. You will own department performance, coach a capable team and partner with Sales, Parts and Admin to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

You will drive KPI targets, warranty quality and on-time delivery while maintaining a safe, collaborative culture across HFH Auto Group. RV/car industry leadership is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Pre-Delivery Manager in automotive/RV dealerships.
• Track record of hitting financial targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills, including handling complaints calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service department and Pre-Delivery operations.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver great results and build a positive culture.
• Set and track department sales, gross profit and KPI targets, reporting to General Manager.
• Oversee warranty, quality checks, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure roadworthy processes and compliance across workshops and PD activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Finance and Admin to meet delivery dates.
