Job summary

Snowy River Caravans is seeking a Service & Aftersales Advisor to oversee daily service centre operations, support technicians, and ensure high-quality service and profitability. The role focuses on efficient scheduling, parts inventory, and customer communication to deliver a positive service experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in Caravan/Automotive or RVs, hold a valid driver's licence, and be proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Min 2-year work experience in Caravan/ Automotive or Recreational Vehicles Industry preferred.
• Driver’s licence and towing caravans experience preferred.
• Computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Organising, prioritising and meeting deadlines is your forte.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service centre operations, ensuring timely completion of jobs that meet quality standards
• Manage and schedule repair orders to optimize team and resource utilization
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts to prevent delays in service
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the repair process
• Effectively delegate tasks to optimize team output and efficiency
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction from initial inquiry to repair completion
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing timely resolutions
• Oversee communication with customers regarding repair status, costs, and estimated completion times
• Oversee final vehicle preparation for delivery, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to quality standards
