CP Personnel seeks a proactive Sales Representative specializing in Processing and Packaging Machinery to join a capital equipment supplier. You will develop new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and tailor solutions that deliver value.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the sales cycle from enquiry through to installation, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms while building long-term relationships with customers across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in machinery, equipment or technical sales.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with commercially minded approach.
• Proactive with ability to identify and develop new business.
• Willing to travel locally and interstate when required.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential markets.
• Create an industry network and market company innovations and successes.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer visits.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams and OEM suppliers.
• Attend trade shows and stay up to date with machinery and industry developments.
