Job summary

E4 People is growing its Permanent Division and is seeking a Candidate Manager to drive the permanent team’s pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for nurses and healthcare professionals and the reason they stay engaged through their next career move.

In this candidate-focused role you’ll attract, qualify and nurture candidates for permanent opportunities, building strong relationships across SEEK, LinkedIn, and healthcare networks. You’ll keep CRM data accurate and pipelines active.

E4 People is growing its Permanent Division, and we're looking for a Candidate Manager to be the engine behind our perm team's pipeline. You'll be the person our nurses and healthcare professionals hear from first and the reason they stay engaged all the way through to their next big career move.

What you'll actually be doing

This is a candidate focused role. Your world is people: attracting them, understanding them, qualifying them, and making sure the right ones are ready and excited when a permanent opportunity comes up.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and direct outreach, building active talent pools for priority role types
• Responding to inbound enquiries and converting interest into fully screened, qualified candidates
• Running phone screens and structured interviews to understand what candidates really want from a permanent move
• Preparing detailed candidate profiles and briefing our Permanent Recruitment Consultants on who's ready and why
• Staying in regular contact with candidates in the pipeline so nobody goes cold
• Following up with placed candidates through their notice period and into their new role
• Keeping our CRM accurate and your pipeline data clean so you always know exactly where things stand

A background in recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality, or any high-contact people role will set you up well. What won't work is someone who finds phone-based outreach draining, this role lives on it.
