In this candidate-focused role you’ll attract, qualify and nurture candidates for permanent opportunities, building strong relationships across SEEK, LinkedIn, and healthcare networks. You’ll keep CRM data accurate and pipelines active.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels and maintaining active talent pools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Responding to inbound enquiries and screening candidates.
• Conducting phone screens and structured interviews to understand candidate goals.
• Preparing detailed candidate profiles and briefing consultants.
• Maintaining regular contact with candidates and managing CRM data.
