Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Head of Campus - Learning and Pedagogy to lead Years 10-12 curriculum, assessment and pathways. As a member of the Learning and Teaching Executive, you will shape instruction and student outcomes while aligning with the MACS vision and the College’s Educational Plan.

The role reports to the Head of Campus and focuses on instructional excellence, staff development, and a safe, high-performing learning environment for senior students.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership in learning and teaching frameworks.
• Ability to lead curriculum and assessment across Years 10–12.
• Experience designing and evaluating senior pathways.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Years 10–12 learning and teaching programs.
• Lead professional learning and instructional coaching across campus.
• Guide subject selection, transitions, and senior pathways including VCE/VET.
• Strengthen curriculum, assessment practices, and external requirements.
