Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking two Assistant Head of Campus - Learning and Pedagogy (Year 10-12) roles. Each is a 3-year tenure leading the campus learning and teaching framework and guiding senior secondary pathways.

Together with the Learning and Teaching Executive, the AHoC-Lap implements the instructional model, coordinates curriculum, assessment, and VCE/VET processes, and advances a safe, inclusive, high-performing learning community.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Years 10-12 campus learning and teaching program, ensuring challenging, authentic and continuous curriculum and assessment.
• Lead development of teacher capacity and professional learning culture through modelling and embedding the instructional framework.
• Coordinate curriculum, assessment, pathways (VCE, VCE VM, VET) and external requirements with accuracy and integrity.
