Job summary

Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula invites applications for two Assistant Head of Campus – Student Wellbeing & Growth (Years 7–9) with three-year tenured leadership appointments alongside ongoing teaching roles.

As a senior leader, you will drive student wellbeing, engagement and attendance, work with house coordinators and staff, and help shape a safe, inclusive, high-performing learning environment in line with the MACS Vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and visible leadership of student wellbeing, behaviour and engagement.
• Coordinate approaches to Positive Behaviour for Learning and student welfare across Years 7–9.
• Work with House Coordinators, Homeroom Teachers and staff to ensure timely, coherent support.
• Drive strategies to improve attendance, punctuality and participation with data-informed actions.
• Collaborate with College leaders to foster a safe, inclusive and high-performing learning environment.
