Job summary

Contour Education in Sydney is seeking a General Manager, NSW to launch and grow Contour campuses in New South Wales. You will own enrolments, revenue, campus quality, and local sales and campus teams, reporting to the VP of Sales and collaborating with the national campus operations team.

You will lead Campus Leaders, build school and community partnerships, and be the face of Contour in NSW as the state expands with more campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-site team or region.
• Proven record of owning a sales/enrolment target and hitting it.
• Experience building and leading a sales team that hits its numbers.
• Experience opening, launching or growing sites or markets from a small base.
• Experience managing a budget or state P&L.
• Based in Sydney with full working rights in Australia.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the NSW plan and report enrolments, campuses and team weekly.
• Turn central Marketing demand into enrolments through local schools and communities; carry the close with a small team.
• Lead, coach and hire Campus Leaders; ensure campuses run to Contour standards.
• Build relationships with schools, advisers and community groups; run workshops and parent evenings.
• Hire and lead a local sales team and operations layer ahead of openings and budget.
