Randstad is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative in Sydney CBD to triage salary packaging inquiries and support visa holders. Immediate start with an initial 4-week contract and potential extension to mid-2027, at an hourly rate of $38.89 plus super.

You will handle inbound calls, guide customers through their salary packaging accounts, resolve queries with empathy and speed, and manage customer records to keep processes running smoothly.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills and a naturally helpful attitude.
• Experience in customer service (contact center, retail, or hospitality all count!).
• Confidence using computers and navigating basic software.
