Job summary

BelgraviaPRO is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to lead our South Stradbroke Island café on a full-time basis. You will drive guest experiences with a hands-on leadership style, champion coffee quality, and support and inspire your team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of barista skills, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach are essential. Weekend and public holiday availability is required as part of a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
• Proven barista skills and a passion for coffee and café culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, and support Kitchen team.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day service, including opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Create rosters, uphold workplace safety, and assist with food and beverage preparation when required.
• Manage cash handling and contribute to the café’s front-of-house performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
