Job summary

BelgraviaPRO on South Stradbroke Island seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for a full-time role to lead the front-of-house team and ensure excellent guest experiences in a busy cafe setting.

The candidate will manage daily operations, train staff, and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation while supporting the kitchen team and handling cash and rosters. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
• Proven barista skills and a passion for coffee and café culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team and support the Kitchen team.
• Oversee day-to-day service, including opening and closing duties.

The Role

South Stradbroke Island is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team full-time.

Nestled in South Stradbroke island, our restaurant is known for its warm hospitality, great coffee, and relaxed yet professional atmosphere. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting and inspiring their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, and support Kitchen team.

• Financial Accountability: Manage cash handling and contribute to the café’s front-of-house performance and efficiency.
