Job summary

BelgraviaPRO on South Stradbroke Island is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to manage the on-site café full-time. The role focuses on creating warm hospitality, delivering great coffee, and leading a hands-on front-of-house team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will supervise front-of-house operations, oversee daily service, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and contribute to staff scheduling and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role.
• Proven barista skills and a passion for coffee and café culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Hands-on approach to service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, and support Kitchen team.
• Oversee smooth day-to-day service, including opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through friendly, professional, and attentive service.
• Ensure presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Create rosters, uphold workplace safety, and assist with food and beverage preparation when required.
• Manage cash handling and contribute to café front-of-house performance and efficiency.

South Stradebroke Island is seeking an experienced and passionate Café Supervisor to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities
