Job summary

genU is seeking a collaborative and tech-savvy Payroll & P&C Systems Analyst to support and improve our payroll, workforce management and People & Culture systems across our Geelong, Melbourne and broader locations. You’ll bridge technical and business teams to drive system performance and operational excellence.

• Experience supporting payroll, HRIS or workforce management systems in complex operational environments.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and solution delivery.
• Proven experience managing testing, UAT, system enhancements and releases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve system, integration and data issues.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, ICT teams and vendors to deliver system improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on reporting, data integrity, compliance and continuous improvement

Bonus Points for

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with experience in payroll and workforce management platforms (e.g. WorkForce Software, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP Payroll) will be highly regarded.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Payroll, Business, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
