You will lead, train and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen and front‑of‑house staff; manage scheduling, inventory, budgeting and customer satisfaction; uphold health and safety standards.

This full‑time role requires weekend availability and a passion for hospitality in a fast‑paced café environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a café or restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control is preferred.

Responsibilities
