Rush Roasting Co in Bowral is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of our busy café. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth service and uphold our high standards of coffee, food and customer experience.

You will prepare staff rosters, monitor costs, participate in recruitment and training, and collaborate with suppliers to keep stock levels reliable while driving growth and profitability.

Formación

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in café or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with rostering, stock control and cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day café operations including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Lead and support staff to maintain a positive workplace and high service standards.
• Prepare staff rosters and ensure appropriate staffing during trading periods.
• Monitor costs and assist with budget control and supplier relationships.
• Drive customer engagement and growth through quality service and promotions.
