Qualifications

• 1 year front office hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Experience with RMS Reservation System preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Make on-the-spot decisions to resolve guest issues and ensure a smooth stay.
• Manage bookings via phone, email, and online channels.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs confidently using RMS Reservation System.
• Calmly manage challenging guest situations.
• Work a mix of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
• Share local knowledge and provide recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
• Contribute ideas to improve daily operations and guest satisfaction.
