Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong planning, time management, and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on leadership style.
• Proficiency with MS Office and administrative processes.
• Valid MR licence, White Card, and Driver’s Licence.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol test.

The Opportunity:
Due to continued strong growth we’re seeking a capable Business Unit Manager with experience to oversee service delivery, team leadership, and operational efficiency from our Salisbury Plain Head Office. Use your passion for commercial cleaning (pressure cleaning & scrubbing) and/or experience in affiliated industries to drive business growth and relationships with various SA clients in this unique industry.

Your Role Will Include:
