Springmount Services is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our Randwick client site. You will lead cleaning teams, maintain service standards, coordinate staffing, and conduct inspections to ensure client expectations are met.

This hands-on, proactive role emphasizes safety, quality, and accountability, with reporting to management and opportunities to develop staff and contribute to continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience supervising commercial cleaning operations.
• Experience rostering, attendance management, and workforce coordination.

About the Role

This salaried position is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and performance of cleaning operations at our Randwick client site.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to cleaning teams, maintain service standards, coordinate staffing requirements, conduct inspections, support employee development, and ensure client expectations are consistently achieved.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a proactive supervisor who can manage people, solve operational issues, and drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
