National Tyre and Wheel (NTAW) Group is seeking a skilled Business Systems Support professional to manage core business applications (ERP, POS, inventory, field services, CRM and people systems). You’ll provide technical and functional support, pursue system enhancements, and guide integrations while maintaining SLA targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualifications and/or 5+ years in Business Systems Support.
• Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and application support skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiar with QA, test planning and testing validation.
• ITIL certification or similar.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, POS, Inventory, field services or people software platforms.
• Configuration and support of REST API application integrations.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second-level support for business systems.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues within SLA targets.
• Respond to user queries and deliver training on system functionality.
• Perform configuration changes using a formal change management process.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
• Develop and maintain reports, analyse system usage, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain process and procedural documentation as systems evolve and new functionality is introduced.
