Job summary

Roadking Chassis Pty Ltd, an Australian manufacturer of caravan chassis and trailers, is seeking a Systems Analyst to optimise ERP and business systems. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering and Manufacturing to identify opportunities for system enhancements and ensure seamless integration of business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Admin or related field.
• At least one year experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in IT service management and workflow automation.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for reporting and automation.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.
• Intermediate/advanced Microsoft products knowledge (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).
• Familiar with API integrations and warehouse scanning solutions.
• Experience with MYOB and monday.com and end-to-end business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate ICT systems for order processing, production planning, procurement, inventory and admin.
• Analyse information flow from orders to delivery to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Eng, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Sales and Management to gather requirements.
• Investigate ERP functionality (MYOB, monday.com) and propose enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications for system enhancements and configurations.
• Map workflows and identify information gaps to improve functionality.
• Define integration requirements across order management, planning, inventory and finance.
• Improve warehouse stock-tracking and barcode integration capabilities.
• Coordinate with developers and external providers to implement changes.
• Design tests and conduct user acceptance to ensure reliable modifications.
• Create documentation, manuals and training materials for staff.
