Job summary

Braemac Pty is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver Tier II application and service desk support for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and ERP environments. You will serve as a regional IT resource for APAC, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution and contributing to ITSM improvements.

The role includes hardware lifecycle support, onboarding/offboarding tasks, and collaboration with Product, Development, and business teams to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS
• 3–5 years in application support or service desk
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 or ERP systems
• Strong user-facing communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II application support for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Business Central including troubleshooting and escalation
• Serve as APAC regional IT Service Desk resource handling incidents and service requests
• Coordinate with Tier III, developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex defects
• Support infrastructure and endpoint devices, asset management, and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Identify process improvements and contribute to ITSM practices
