Job summary

National Tyre & Wheel (NTAW) is seeking a Fleet Administrator to support billing, customer and service provider enquiries, and fleet reporting. You'll help keep the Fleet team running smoothly, handle invoices and credits, and maintain records in fleet systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in administration or billing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, plus good communication and problem-solving skills and a current driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, billing, or accounts.
• Good attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A current and valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credits, including following up discrepancies or corrections.
• Support service providers with onboarding, portal access and general enquiries.
• Maintain customer and service provider records in fleet systems.
• Respond to enquiries from customers, service providers, sales and accounts teams.
• Assist with reporting for sales, management and customer activity.
• Help identify simple process or system improvements that make day-to-day work easier.
