Job summary

SABRE MEDICAL PTY LTD is seeking an IT Associate - Systems Analyst to join our Lane Cove West team. The role involves analysing business requirements, assessing ICT systems, and assisting with design, implementation and ongoing improvement of business systems, working with users, management and external vendors from analysis through post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/IS/CS/Data Analytics or closely related discipline.
• Experience in systems analysis, business systems, ERP systems or related ICT role.
• Demonstrated experience gathering and analysing user and business requirements.
• Experience analysing business processes and ICT systems.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise business systems, including configuration and process improvements.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and system documentation.
• Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with databases and SQL would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document ICT and business system requirements with users and management.
• Analyse existing business processes, system workflows and procedures for issues and improvements.
• Evaluate ICT systems and suggest modifications or enhancements to meet requirements.
• Plan and coordinate system changes from requirements to testing and implementation.
• Prepare functional specifications, data requirements and business rules documentation.
• Develop and maintain process diagrams, system and data documentation.
• Prepare test plans, conduct testing and coordinate UAT, documenting outcomes.
• Maintain technical and user documentation and provide system guidance to users.
• Collaborate with users, management and external vendors to implement system changes.
• Analyse and support ERP applications and website functionality.
