Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs is seeking a hands-on IT Application Support professional to oversee our business applications across Australia and New Zealand. The role requires development exposure, strong SDLC understanding and database administration skills, and will involve supporting ERP, CRM and POS systems.

You will provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, implement features, and document processes while training users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify, develop, design, and implement new features.
• Oversee and support enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and point-of-sale systems.
• Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and code optimisations.
• Document technical processes and provide user training where necessary.
