Job summary

Qualifications

Business Systems & Process Improvement Analyst

Conquest Equipment Group is looking for a commercially minded Business Systems & Process Improvement Analyst to help drive the next stage of business transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, identifying opportunities to improve it, and then turning those opportunities into practical solutions. Reporting to the CFO, you will work across the business to improve processes, optimise systems and data, and lead the adoption of automation and AI. The role will work across Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Salesforce integrations and other key business applications.

Key responsibilities

Identify, map and redesign business processes to improve efficiency.

Drive practical adoption of AI and automation across the business.

Develop solutions using Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps.

Optimise Microsoft Business Central and increase user adoption.

Support the next stage of ERP rollout, including Salesforce integration and Power BI.

Improve reporting, analytics and the flow of information across the business.

Administer and continually improve core business applications.

Work with stakeholders across the organisation to turn business problems into practical solutions.

About you

Business analyst, transformation or process improvement experience.

Strong process mapping and problem-solving capability.

Experience improving ERP systems and business processes.

Exposure to Microsoft Business Central would be highly regarded.

Capability or strong interest in AI, automation and data analytics.

Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Salesforce or similar platforms would be advantageous.

Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

An ability to translate technology into practical business outcomes.
