Conquest Equipment Group in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking a commercially minded Business Systems & Process Improvement Analyst to drive the next stage of transformation. This hands-on role focuses on understanding how the business works, identifying opportunities to improve it, and turning those opportunities into practical solutions across ERP, BI and automation.

Working with the CFO, you will map and redesign processes, optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, deploy Power BI

Competenze

Experience in business analysis, transformation or process improvement.
Strong process-mapping and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience improving ERP systems and business processes.
Exposure to Microsoft Business Central would be highly regarded.
Interest in AI, automation and data analytics.

Mansioni

Identify and redesign business processes to improve efficiency.
Drive AI and automation adoption across the business.
Develop solutions using Copilot, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Optimise ERP usage and increase user adoption.
Support ERP rollout and system integrations such as Salesforce and Power BI.
Improve reporting, analytics and data flow across the business.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into practical tech solutions.
