Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a commercially minded Business Systems Analyst to partner with operational leaders, technology teams and stakeholders across recruitment brands and labour hire operations. You will improve operational efficiency, enhance business systems and support technology-enabled initiatives.

You will translate business needs into practical solutions, optimise systems and help implement new processes and technologies across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar improvement role in a medium/large organisation.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve business processes.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms and system enhancement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As our Business Systems Analyst, you'll work closely with operational and support teams to analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive projects that improve efficiency, compliance, client experience and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Improvement

• Analyse business processes, workflows, systems and data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting change management and project delivery activities.
• Understanding of system integrations, automation and technology-driven solutions.
• Experience in recruitment, labour hire, workforce solutions or professional services.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, payroll, workforce management or rostering systems.
• Exposure to Agile project methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.
