Job summary

Nexia Sydney is seeking a Business Analyst to lead a major transformation initiative within our Business Advisory teams in Sydney. The role aims to simplify processes, boost efficiency and prepare the business for next‑gen technology, automation and AI.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Process Improvement Specialist, Operations Analyst or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience mapping processes and delivering improvement initiatives.
• A curious, innovative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
• Exposure to professional services, financial services, consulting or similar environments will be highly regarded.
