ManpowerGroup is seeking a commercially minded Business Systems Analyst to partner with operational leaders, technology teams and stakeholders across recruitment brands and labour hire operations. You will improve operational efficiency, enhance business systems and support technology-enabled initiatives.

You will translate business needs into practical solutions, optimise systems and help implement new processes and technologies across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar improvement role in a medium/large organisation.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve business processes.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms and system enhancement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyse business processes, workflows, systems and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Develop business cases, solution designs and process improvement recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement across operational and corporate functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to maximise effectiveness of key business platforms.
• Review system functionality, integrations and workflows for optimisation.
• Support system enhancements, automation and technology projects.
• Collaborate with technology partners to deliver business outcomes.
• Analyse operational, workforce and commercial data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop reporting frameworks and performance measures.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for informed decision making.
• Support implementation of new systems, processes and operating models.
• Facilitate training, presentations and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs and operational frameworks.
• Support governance, compliance and audit readiness.
• Ensure consistency and best practice across processes.
