Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited invites an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our Technology team. You will lead end-to-end process analysis, partner with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across our organisation to support better decision-making and change outcomes.

You will map current and future states, develop business cases, and define metrics to measure benefits. A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business, Information Technology, Process Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement within complex environments.
• Strong capability in process discovery and process management methodologies.
• Experience developing business cases, options analyses and performance metrics.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency using BPMN, Visio or similar process modelling tools.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, Workday or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and outcomes.
• Analyse end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and assess needs.
• Translate requests into clearly defined business problems and improvements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN.
• Prepare business cases, options analyses and recommendations for investment decisions.
• Establish baseline metrics and define benefits realisation measures.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
• Support governance forums and project teams with insights and BPM expertise.
