Job summary

JRT Group is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst (Business Systems & Process) to assess current processes and ICT systems in Central Queensland. You will propose improvements, document requirements, and help implement changes across project, workshop, hire and finance teams.

Responsibilities include designing system-supported workflows, integrating tools, and coordinating testing and training. Bachelor’s in IT-related field and experience with business analysis are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Experience analyzing business processes and documenting system requirements.
• Familiarity with integration tools and AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current business processes and ICT systems to propose improvements.
• Document and design system-supported task flows and integrations.
• Plan, coordinate and manage system improvement projects including scope, timelines and cost.
• Develop test plans and conduct UAT to ensure data quality and system integrity.
• Produce user guides and provide staff training on new systems.
