Job summary

Inner West Council is seeking a customer-focused team member for its Aquatic Centres. In a busy, service-driven environment, you will assist visitors with programs, services and activities that promote active and healthy lifestyles, while maintaining a welcoming experience for everyone.

You will respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally and courteously, and help build positive relationships with diverse users.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry.
• Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to aquatic centre users and help them access programs, services and activities.
• Respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors.
