Job summary

UnitingCare Wesley Bowden is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist/Administrative Support to provide comprehensive front-of-house and administrative assistance across the organisation. You will welcome visitors, manage bookings, handle mail and invoices, and support various departments with accuracy and timeliness.

You will bring excellent customer service, strong organisational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience in reception or admin roles.

  • Previous experience in reception and/or administrative support roles.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Business Services Officer, the role provides comprehensive reception and administrative support across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a welcoming and professional reception experience for visitors and stakeholders.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Managing room and fleet vehicle bookings and coordinating maintenance requirements.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and invoices.
  • Processing client payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinating property maintenance requests and maintaining relevant registers.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Support Services team.
About You
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in reception and/or administrative support roles.
  • A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience will be highly regarded.
